Wedsite Manager

I am looking for a reputably company to manage my website and my space. The duties would include but not be limited to weekly updates and just keeping the site fresh and new. As long as the job is done well this would be an ongoing unlimited time arrangement. I am a small company and have a very limited budget so I can afford to pay $5 per hour (If can try to budget a little more if I need to) 5 hour a week which comes out to $1200.00 per year. I would also like to see abouts getting a store built and a points data base. You would need to create new things that needs to be approved plus you will also get thing that need to be added. I would like the 5 hours to be spread out to 3 times a week. I am still kind of new to RAC so I hope this is enough Information. I would also like a monthly news letter to go out to all of my players that I will make but I need you to bulk email them out If possible.
