Add Light Box To Website and Upload To Server

We are a linen rental company. We need to add the swatches of our products to our website. I have all the images in jpg and would like them loaded onto our website (on the correct pages) using the light box effect. You can view a sample of what I am talking about here: ([login to view URL]) Look under examples and "Single Image".
I would like each thumbnail to be 125 px x 125 px. I would like the large image to be 300px x 250px. There should be 5 thumbnails in each row.
Part Two. I will provide you with an excel file. The excel file will have a description of what sizes each swatch comes in. For example you will have a Black Satin swatch and the description will read:
Black Bridal Satin-Available in: Napkin, Chair Sash, Runner, 90" Square, 90" Round, 108" Round, 120" Round, 132" Round, 90" x 132" Drape, 90" x156" Drape.
Usually each file will be the same within a fabric group so the only thing you will really be changing is the Color of the Fabric (ie. the black part).
The swatches a broken up into folders based on fabrics. Each folder has about 10-20 photos/swatches. All together there are about 30 folders.
You will receive the HTML/CSS files (built in dreamweaver) and the pages to put the images in). The page has already been designed you are simply plugging in the photos and linking them to the image page.
After this is complete, you will load the HTML Files to our server (godaddy) via FTP. We will give you the log in information.
I have included a file that show what the swatch photos look like and one of the website that you will be plugging the lightbox code into.
