550166 Design Website and Move Exisiting Website

We need to move our site from Microsoft Office Live to our own hosted site at HostGator, so we need a pro to build our site and then to move the existing articles to our new site. The site we are moving is [login to view URL] Your expert advice is needed on the best way to do this. For example, do we build this site from WordPress templates and plugins? Or, do we use the templates from HostGator and do they have the ability to customize to our needs. Or, do we depend upon you to totally create the site with your expertise? Ideal is to have something like they provide on [login to view URL] as they have all of the things we need for our online magazine: • Unlimited pages/pictures • SEO optimized pages • Banner ads • Classifieds ads • Headline News • News A way for our readers to register for notifications of new articles and sign up to win prizes • Email to subscribers • Property listings • Google AdSense???? Not sure if we are going to use Adsense Ads. • Third-party scripts / widgets / gadgets • Photo galleries (4 styles)—we just need one style—four would be fabulous! • Website search • Password protection—we don't need this. • Sitemap • Mobile edition • Automatic archival--????? • Unlimited forms—Don't know what this is • Poll booth • Guest book • Yellow pages • Post comments on news/articles • Create RSS / XML feeds • Share tools support????? We do have a shopping area for shoes, jewelry, and artwork—but don't need a shopping cart as we will continue using Google Wallet, PayPal, and Amazon Checkout. Would be great to have the capability of our writers being able to submit their articles into a template that has the ability for it to be edited and then set to be live after editing—but their article is already formatted with their article and artwork. As well as, the ability to be a like a magazine to click on something that will bring them to the next page in the magazine, if possible. Depending on your expertise as to what will be the best system to use that would be indexed by the search engines easily. Need a video showing us how to go in and publish our articles, make slide shows, post videos, music players, and upload images. The ability for our readers to post comments at the end of each article. Not sure if we will keep Google Adsense advertising, but would like spots on each page for paid advertising; possibly three spots for advertising on each page--one inside the article and two on the side. Would like to have each page with the Like capability for FB and to share on other social media sites and to be able to email or print out the story. In the navigation to have four of our blog sites included. On the site we are currently using, made templates for each department, so when we were publishing our articles, just had to click on that template and copy and paste the article, then add the artwork. Would you make templates such as this? Have DIY THEMES if you need it to create some template for the magazine. Already have a large hosting site at HostGator. Would also need the URL repointed once it is ready to go live. Have attached some ideas for the design.
