zoho creator - Travel Agency Application

We are an event and travel agency and we want to develop a zoho Flow / Creator application where it will cater our clients needs for booking an accommodation in a particular event. The following is required: Web page where the client will select the accommodation type based on several criteria Accomm Type (single option) - Shared room Single Room Travel with Family IF selected (Single Room or Travel with Family) give the option to pick dates Travel Period Date: Event only (list event dates) Specific Dates First traveler / Member details: Name, DOB, Doc1, Doc2 If "Family or Partner" selected show: Options to populate fields with the following data: Additional Participants Full Name, Date of Birth, Type of Bed, Doc1, Doc2 , will or will not take part of the extra activity Based in rules "max occupancy" ( we have to set maximum amount of people per room, quantity of childrens based on age) Invoice Fields (Company Name, CNPJ) Booking person details : Name, email, phone number ("name" can be pre-poluated from "first traveler") Do you require add on ( to be changed for every event) Room Upgrade Activity Pack ( option to pick for each participant based on Rule of the age) Total Price based on selection here a formula is needed showing the price based on customer selection - View rules for how to calculate pricing ) Payment option: Transfer / Credit Card / other ( view Rules for redirection ) Rules Section: Price calculation Rules: We usually have a price per room during event and prior or post event (people usually stay longer) RateA: Example event between 01/02 to 03/02 is $300 per night per room RateB: Nights before or after event is $200 per night per room We usually have specific participants that would or would not take part of the activity Also somet Max Ocupancy We cannot allow in a room over 3 people for example where: 1 enfant up to 2 years is free 1 children up to 12 years is 50% of the 3rd bed price ex RATE A $150 and RATE B 100 If 2 children already in the room we cannot have the 3rd adult, or we cannot allow 4 adults Redirection Rule If participant choose Boleto or Wire Transfer , the Thank you page should show certain information like: Thank you for your submission you will get a WhatsApp and email message soon confirming your booking (if possible show the email and phone number collected) Also a picture with the next steps If participant choose credit card payment (it should redirect to a page where it will collect data for credit card ) another form, them after that: Thank you for your submission you will get a WhatsApp and email message soon confirming your booking (if possible show the email and phone number collected) Also a picture with the next steps Flow As long as all the forms, zoho creator are integrated in Zoho Flow I'm able to create the scripts for APIs, I have all the manuals that are needed to make the integration. We will have to integrate with Picky Assist (our WhatsApp message system) We will have to integrate with Asaas which generates the boleto. I can provide all the translations from English to Portuguese for Pages and Forms. As I will maintain and make adjustments in the future, I would like to follow the production of the code so I can make small changes in the future in the form, workflow and specially in the deluge script
