We have an existing Zoho Project application with a template of tasks, dependencies, and status milestones. This is only in test/demo mode, and hasn't been used in real life yet. We want to fix a few things in Project (sorting the tasks in order they need to be completed), and integrate it with CRM, which we have been using for several years, so that activities in one trigger updates in the other. Also, when certain tasks are complete in Project, we want the status to automatically change.
