Wire Withdrawals

Withdrawing funds to your bank account is possible via Express withdrawal or via Wire Transfer. You can use whichever is available in your country.

The system requires you to verify your identity for you to submit a Wire withdrawal request. If you plan to use a company bank account, you would have to complete Corporate KYC verification as well. This is a security measure to protect your account as Wire withdrawals are usually intended for large sums.

Prior to submitting your first wire withdrawal request, please ensure that your bank can receive USD currency and prepare a copy of your bank statement (not older than 3 months) showing your bank account details where you want to transfer the funds to -- account number/IBAN, account name, Swift/bank code and branch code (if present). A Withdrawals Processing representative will reach out to you via email and request for this to be uploaded to a secure page (in the Verification Center). Do not send this information via email.

Once your bank statement is ready, send a wire withdrawal request by following these steps: 

     1.  Click your profile picture thumbnail from the main menu bar. Then, choose Withdraw funds under Finances.

     2.  Select Wire Transfer.

     3.  Provide your bank information.

     Note: You'll also be required to provide your residential address here. Please make sure that you input your complete address and it should match the address in your bank statement. 

     4.  Indicate how much you wish to withdraw.

•  The minimum withdrawal amount is $500 USD.

•  Wire withdrawals are only available in USD.

     5.  Click Withdraw Funds to file your request.

A $25 USD transaction fee is charged for every Wire Transfer. Additional fees may also be charged by intermediary banks. Take note that processing fees apply to all withdrawal attempts, including unsuccesful ones. These fees cover the cost of processing your request.

It will take 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect on your bank account after the withdrawal request is processed.

Note that first withdrawals undergo a 15-day delay for security purposes.
