They get to really know what you are after by sending you a questionnaire, it's detailed and very helpful in conveying to the designers your idea for your project. DigitalArcanum were very fast in producing initial logos and even after I had approved the project they did many changes to the design for me without being funny about it. I am very pleased with the work they have done and I will definitely be using them again. Choose DigitalArcanum if you want a professional service, great results and more than just 'a logo' or 'website design', these guys will make you happy. Also, the work they produce initially will probably be the one you choose because that's what happened to me. I've used other freelancers before and haven't really liked their designs so requested many changes but after about 7 renderings, I went back to the first render because I realised it was perfect. You will not have to do much work because your final work will most likely be in front of you at the start."
