"In general, I will remind folks not to trust the reviews on Freelancer. So far, Emma is the exception, and as of the writing of this review, I have already rehired her. Like any project for a client, what seemed simple at first was RIFE with complications. I'm honestly surprised at how quickly and professionally Emma and her team adapted to a number of unpleasant circumstances with professionalism, positivity, and flexibility, not only making up for understandable mistakes but going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my client and I didn't suffer as a result. There is no such thing as a headache free project. There is, however, a big difference between how trustworthy and COMPETENT freelancers deal with headaches. This is what separates the professional freelancers from the riffraff that game the system. Her process MIGHT seem weird, but from what I've seen she's worth every penny. She gets results, and when it comes to Wikipedia, results are the only thing that matter. My PERSONAL advice is that if you are going to do any wikipedia project with ANYONE, if they aren't willing to MAINTAIN their work for an added fee, you are just wasting money. Hire Emma, get the maintenance, and at least you can rest easy that your page isn't going anywhere."
