Data analysis of five Latin American countries (Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala and Nicaragua) for seven years (2004 – 2010) to compare their investment climate in relation to their Foreign Direct Investment Inflow was done. The Size of the Market GDP, Spending Power, Growth Potential, Unit labor Cost, Labor Workforce, Oil Production, Agricultural Potential, Shipping Connectivity, Electric Power Consumption, Telephone Lines, Mobile Cellular Prescriptions and Broadband Internet Subscribers factors are considered to determine the difference of the five countries. In the data analysis SPSS and Excel are used to develop line graph, ANOVA and DMRT. The data analysis and result may use in investment climate analysis and in Foreign Direct Investment decision of the five countries.
