I manage emails, customer support, calendar & scheduling, planning & booking for travel itinerary & web research. Creating & editing content articles were part of my duties too. I was in the BPO Industry for almost 3 years as CSR to a US-based financial institution catering debit cards. . I was promoted to the Risk-Processing Operations & became a Compliance Specialist. I also have experience as an Online English Tutor to Japanese students. I have also tried audio transcribing and call reviewing.
