Kevin Cott, founder - studied architecture at the University of Puerto Rico--. In 1995 he went to Pratt Institute Brooklyn,NY, and received his bachelor in architecture, 1997. Mayor: Architecture Honor, Dean's List . Strong background in architecture and visualization. Experience in dealing with architectural design, construction documents, project management, marketing and clients. Since 1997 K.C. has been generating the appropriate drawings for the NYC and Landmarks Preservation Commission approvals. K.C. has been involved with many architectural residential additions and custom designs. We will prepare construction documents that will be carefully detailed and specified. In the past 14 years I have been working as an architect and computer designer. I have been offering my services to companies and professionals from different fields that need architectural visualizations or architectural designs in order to give an innovative image to their business.
