Make me a 3D rigged character for my indie game project.

They can create a good model even when my reference image is not sufficient. The model is high poly at first (around 200k tris) but they can reduce it to 12k tris to satisfy my project requirement. The only problem is they behind schedule but I'm not in a hurry so i can tolerate that. And also they can communicate well with english.
