Create a WordPress Template

Freelancer asked to cancel project, did not complete much of the project at all after several days. Asked questions PRIOR to awarding project about freelancers previous bad reviews of an uncompleted project and was confirmed that this would not be an issue for this project. Unfortunately freelancer did just as her previous reviews stated and quit project before completed. I attempted to communicate openly with freelancer before assigning to her in order to try and prevent any issues, but freelancer is not communicating with me why she canceled. Honestly wanted to work with her and support her profile and assign more projects after this. Very disappointed that it turned out this way.
