1 Page Drupal responsive theme

NibiruSolutions may be good at wordpress or Joomla, but not at Drupal at all. They could not complete a simple drupal work. Even though I told them how to go about this problem, they did something they were also not sure about. Inspite of giving them time again and again, i.e increasing the project time frame from 1 day to more than 1 week, they could still not complete the theme. Very poor performance and waste of time. Please do not provide them Drupal work. They have no one in their company who knows drupal.
