? Experience
• 5 years experience in Performance Marketing in the B2C for Retail and other industries
• Experience working with most advertising platforms and capable of learning new channels
• Strong analytical skills. Capable to use Google Analytics, Data Studio and Excel to analyze large data sets and generate actionable insights
• Experience allocating large marketing budgets across channels to achieve return on ad spend and revenue targets
• Experience running campaigns on Latam and US.
• Strong knowledge of Paid Search (SEA), Programmatic, Social Ads, Video ads, Shopping ads and App promotion.
