Project 631340 has been deleted

We should have stopped at their negative feedback.The project was to design and implement a site, they took twice as long(we responded immediately to any questions)as estimated.We received harassing requests for payment before the product was completed.At one point our skype account had 53 messages reading only two phrases "The site is complete","Send payment now", before they delivered the product.This was frequent harrasment even before they started work. There was clear abuse of our confidence from them.We requested a vBulletin site design, and they only supplied the forum design claiming we didn't specify between vBulletin Forum or vBulletin Suite.As professionals we expect them to see that the site is in vBulletin suite and advise us their bid did not include this. Due to time confusion we did not respond to dispute in time and they were paid.We are currently exploring legal options against Freelancer.com and WebsysIndia.They are also not American based.
