The code is direct implementation of Hough Transform. It can be summarized in a few steps:
1. Smoothing the image (Gaussian Blur filter)
2. Detect edges in the image (Canny)
3. Transform the edges from XY space to Hough space and accumulate (increment points in Hough space )
4. Detect circles (coins) by considering the highest values of the accumulator

It's done in C++ with Opencv library

The project focuses on Twitter platform providing sentiment analysis to recent tweets written in Arabic. The research done aims to provide the most accurate classifier to be used with streamed tweets to get the sentiment of these tweets and then used with our web application. The project includes streaming tweets and constructing twitter datasets, preprocessing of the data (Natural Language processing), and using several machine learning algorithms to conduct experiments to choose the best technique to do sentiment analysis for streamed tweets. The project was done in Python.

Project 18294885 has been deleted

He accepted the project, but then said he couldn't finish. Said he was too busy. At the end, I ended up begging for him to continue the project but he became silent. He should never have accepted... Now, I'm developing the project with another worker through a different freelancer platform.
