I am Is-haq Oduola, an engineer by profession. I possess adequate experience in the marine & offshore, and oil & gas industries.
I have garnered adequate experience in the overall system design and performance evaluation of mechanical, and ship & offshore systems. I am also proficient in the use of computer aided design & computer aided engineering (CAD/CAE) programs for engineering analysis such as fluid flow analysis of fluid propulsion systems (turbo-machineries), static and hydrodynamic analysis of structures.
Furthermore, I am highly skilled in 3D modeling, FEED and detailed design of a wide range of marine and offshore structures (including modular floating docks, topsides), mechanical and machine components, industrial and heavy duty parts and equipment.
Some notable projects I have worked on include
Design and construction of eight (8) 1500 TON self propelled (CNG powered) inland oil barges.
Maintenance of the Propulsion Systems of Four (4) Hydrojet (Pump Jet) Propelled Naval Vessels.
Design, modelling and construction of a modular dry dock for the underwater repairs of a floating, storage & offloading (FSO) vessel’s skeg.
Design and Installation of the steering and control system of the Nigerian Navy Seaward Defence Boat III (SDB III).
Redesigning of a hydraulic coupling to a mechanical coupling.
Design and modelling of an automated barbecue machine
