The client is very specific with the facade of his building. He wants a modern face with the use of natural stone, textured wooden tiles. and composite panel. Addition of balcony so that the family can enjoy the view, louvered panel for sun shade. Interiors were also designed with clean lines and white interiors to make it more modern.
