The project was finished and MyMLVPD (the employer) released the funds to the worker. However, the employer later discovered that the work contained 3rd party code. Partial funds were returned to the employer as per worker and employer agreement. The arbitration closes in favor of the employer. The worker as been warned and agreed to not use third party code in the future without the employer's agreement.
