Laravel export needed for existing project

He copied the entire project file on his local compute without my permission. Be careful with your data when you hire this freelancer He is very much arrogant. Not a good freelancer at all.

Constantly had to check for minor errors and give feedback. The management of the freelancer took more resources than the work that has been done. The requirements were extensive but the freelancer was not able to follow them up.
