This was a collaborative project between Bournemouth University and Channel 4, named Comedy Blaps. The creative brief was to conceptualize a new series of short comedy episodes. I was part of a team of 10 But I worked mainly with a team of 3 digital/design members. I worked on Ideas for content as well as UX/UI/animation. As well as presenting our ideas in a presentation to over 300 people.

Magna Carta 800th Anniversary - soundscape based app.
We simplified key parts of the Magna Carta text and historic content appropriate to the time into key phrases. These phrases related to sounds. We, user-tested the content with our target audience. Before producing and developing the designs. If the user being a young child was able to successfully match the sounds with the phrase they would be provided with some short information, and a slice of cake (icon). The final screen was a completion screen with a happy Magna Carta figure celebrating his birthday with a cake.

I worked as a Freelance digital designer for Leo Learning based at their Brighton office. With my responsibilities mainly focused on visual designs and using online authoring tools. I sourced and edited images chose layouts, created vector graphics and PDF documents and performed both in-house and client amends.

Jaguar Land Rover – Connected Futures Challenge

This challenge was in relation to cars and the internet of things. Tasked with conceptualizing an idea and then rapidly developing it into a well-structured proof of concept based on its innovation, market potential and technical implementation. This was then presented in front of a panel of well-respected individuals amongst the automotive and innovation industries.

Salisbury Cathedral – App Design – Lead designer (2015)

Jan 2015 - May 2015 (4 months, 1 day)

Lead designer on an App design and development collaborative project, between Bournemouth University, Salisbury Cathedral, and Red Balloon; for the 800th Anniversary of the Magna Carta. I played a major role in both conceptualizing, and producing designs across the style and functionality of the app. At the end, the app was presented in front of fellow students and clients. It was well received.
