Hi. I'm Vanessa, I'm a 30 years old married female with a 2 years old son (with nanny) so I can focus on my job as well. Graduated Bachelor of Science in Nursing, took up the Licensure Board Exam however I failed. Do not have any plans of taking it up again. I am hardworking, trustworthy and flexible. I know how to handle irate clients, how to deal with them seriously and with care. I gained and learned all of that with my 2 year experiences as a Customer Service Agent, Concierge/Receptionist. I used to answer inbound phone calls, handle emails and chat our clients that are mostly based in U.S. I also do soft selling of new product that was launched by the company, minor troubleshooting with the services or products that we provide. I'm willing to be train, use whatever will be your available tools and software, follow your rules and deadlines. Willing to do full time jobs at home, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day. and to start as soon as possible.
