Recently, I was a beat reporter for the Olean Times Herald, Olean, NY. Additionally, I am a photographer for Studio 16 Photography. Earlier, I was the editorial assistant, copy editor, journalist and photojournalist for the Newark Post, Newark, Delaware. I have had work published in the American Poetry Anthology and the Buffalo Evening News, Buffalo, New York. Currently, I had a book of poetry, entitled “53 Miles Home” by Julia Kemp, released in August 2007 and a children's book published in October 2006. I hold an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in English. I also have over fifteen (15) years professional and practical experience in the writing field.
