Recently completing my post-graduate diploma in Editing and Publishing, freelance editing provides the opportunity to gain experience in not only editing, but also learning the importance of the author-editor relationship. Having already completed a psychology degree, I have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, which further improve my performance as an editor working so closely with an author. My main goal is to add experience to my resume. I offer complete commitment to the task at hand, and a supportive and encouraging environment for the employer, in order to express the author's voice and create the best work possible. I am dedicated to timelines and author's request, but above all, helping to create a piece of work that exceeds an author's expectations.
