3 Axis router machine

Incubator performance is greatly affected by temperature uniformity. To ensure its uniformity, adding fan blade (suitable for high thermal application) increase the uniformity as shown in the fluid flow simulation. I did this simulation using Ansys/Fluent.

At various speed the airfoil has difference character, it may create wake flow at tail edge. I made a simulation using CFD to proof if our airfoil shall not generate wake flow/reserve flow. Reverse flow is dangerous in our product because it will bring contaminated air into breathing zone of operator

The home appliance pump in general assembly mode. The image was generated using SolidWork software. Some its material change to cut cost.

At initial stage of material change for specific part in our pump, the stress analysis was applied to seek if in certain load(operation load) the material still able to maintain its performance as expected. This image showing the displacement of plastic hub under 3 bars pressure load.
