I am also a certified Life Coach through the CaPP Institute specializing in career coaching. I have coached hundreds of leaders develop and strengthen skillsets around change and conflict management, communication, team conflicts and emotional and adversity intelligence just to name a few. I am also certified in MBTI and Hogan Lead and I've obtained various diversity, equity and inclusion certifications. I have a BS in Industrial Psychology and a MA in Human Resources Management. In addition to coaching, I am qualified and capable of helping you with both your tactical and strategic HR needs, including management consulting.
