Sea Quest
The site had many problems with it that were preventing Sea Quest's internal staff from managing their own website, even despite their extensive previous Wordpress knowledge. Because of this, even minor changes/additions to the site required extensive work and were costing the company many, many times more in development costs that should have been necessary. Due to the way the site had been set up and programmed, they couldn't even add new pages through the Wordpress admin to their own site and had to pay a web developer to do so, as was the case with even the most basic of site tasks. I Provided an in depth analysis as well as a plan of action so that they were able to take back control of their own website and bring their inflated development costs back under control.
