Current Responsibilities -Design and evaluate Process Flow Diagrams. -Prepare specification sheets, reviewing instrument - interconnection drawings -Coordinate inter-disciplinary teams in Electrical, Piping and Instrumentation. -Oversee procurement and materials management. -Provide technical support for construction, commissioning to clients/customers Skills -Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills. -Ability to analyze and interpret data. -Ability to integrate and use multiple sources of information (Vendor Data). -Ability to use necessary techniques, skills and modern engineering tools. -Ability to visualize new concepts, plan / design hardware, troubleshoot process loops. Computer Skills -MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, Windows 95/98/2000/XP/Vista Work Summary -Coordinate with the client and the process group for control requirements and process data. -Develop instrument specifications and drawings (Data sheets, panel drawings, wiring diagrams, loop diagrams, etc.) -Assist in preparation of bid packages and construction package. -Assist with scope development, proposal preparation, and client presentations -Interact with other engineering disciplines, identifying inputs required by them and accordingly provide the same. -Review instrument layout drawings and drawings prepared by Designer for approval. -Provide technical support to Construction and Commissioning.
