15+ years experience in Sales & Business Development for multiple areas: Software, Telecom, Automotive industry, Retail, B2B and B2C, Packaging solution industry;
Strong understanding of the specific area, quality market research of the activities, main territory players and competitors, company mapping considering the revenue and P&L reports, initiating and establishing contact with stakeholders, including C-level representatives;
Identifying lucrative business opportunities and drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer agreement to closed sales;
15+ years experience in territory audit activities, setting vision, sales and marketing strategy, business's goals aligned with company's vision, forecasting capabilities, setting appropriate metrics for sales funnel management;
Proactively managing projects to ensure adequate planning, monitoring and on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs;
15+ years in a leadership role, scaling and managing global multi-disciplinary teams - as Sales Director, Project Manager, Business Development Manager or Principal-level Consultant, attracting, retaining, and developing talent at all levels;
15+ years experience with the use of tools such as: MS Office, Salesforce or equivalent CRM, SAP;
