I am a System Engineer and I have been working in management as a manager for more than 7 years. Currently I specialize in the implementation of processes and methodologies oriented to speed up the development of new functionalities and improve the performance and team cohesion. My experience, along with my leadership skills and initiative, have allowed me to participate and implement strategic projects of great value for the companies I have been part of (particularly for startups), from a key position, cross and with contributions of high impact.
