Role included: Design direction, design, execution, client presentation, senior management team member, leadership of creative studio including 4 fulltime staff and upto 6 freelance staff, facilitating brainstorm sessions, briefing & managing freelance resources, maintaining a positive relationship with account services, taking all creative briefs from account services, liasing and briefing external suppliers, print buying, maintaing studio systems.
