My name Georgia, I'm 23 years old, and I am about to graduate from Cardiff Metropolitan University with an upper second class honors in Events Management and International Tourism. Throughout my higher education, I worked as an event promoter, and social media bookings manager. I have advanced knowledge in copywriting, content writing, digital creations, and marketing strategies for all core social media platforms. The year prior to this, I left my home in the UK to chase my dream after being offered a soccer and English Language academic scholarship at Limestone College, South Carolina. When things didn't work out for me in soccer, I was left wondering what career can supply the same adrenaline I got from soccer? The answer has become clear 4 years later. The answer is "everything". This month is the launch of my multi-faced freelance business, 'NO NICHE'. I have recently been diagnosed with ADHD after a tough couple of years, however, now I fully understand myself, and that I want to unleash my creative abilities to serve many projects and purposes. I have struggled with the fact that I have the skills, ability, and passion to do so many things, but society urges you to pick a generic! From personal training plans and comical video blogging, to social media content and marketing strategies, emotive writing, and even product design. I'm striving to break the general consensus of defining a professional creator when it comes to blogs, social media, fashion, and business in general. Wouldn't a piece of writing or a specific, digital blog lack authenticity when you're not fully expressing your passions? Creation comes from within, and shouldn't be held back by a ball and chain which we call 'niche'. Specialize in social media marketing, and particularly interested in blue ocean strategies. Tourism marketing and ethical theory surrounding tourism issues. Performance anxiety surrounding sport is something close to my heart and feel strongly about tackling it for myself and other athletes.
