I am a Full stack Data Scientist with almost 7 years of overall industry experience in IT and Healthcare. Currently I'm leading the Data Science and Machine Learning division in my current organization. I am the member of core team that is designing the tool for Drug Target identification. Over my journey I have worked with Insurance, Healthcare, Consulting and Pharma industry in their data science teams. I have extensively designed and deployed models using BERT and GPT which are used for taking out data from over 30 million pubmed articles. By leveraging my skills and knowledge, I successfully built an in-house solution, saving the organization a significant amount of $500,000 that would have been otherwise spent on commercial applications. I have also built the API for the models and is currently automating the full data processing and model inference pipeline in Airflow. I have also built a Document Search Engine for call center agents to reduce the query resolution time. I have experience in web development technologies using which I make prototype for all the functionalities which make is easier for leadership or client to understand and make the work look good.
