LFC Marketing handles 9 gaming websites that caters gamers from most parts of Southeast Asia and runs 24/7. - Started as a CSO (customer service officer) that handles all our client's customers 24/7 via backend livechat system with FAQ scripts. During these periods,I have accomplished the livechat scripts add-ons with simplified Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia. No Google Translate copy and paste workload, purely based on proper responses. Spontanous communication also required. - Promoted to marketing executive after 6 months. - Accomplished inputs of Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia versionis of all 9 websites, hence the increament of Chinese & Malay speaking customers by 38% in 3 months time.
