250 Free Signups to a website! Uk suppliers prefered!

BEWARE ALL BUYERS! I have the first one to award a project to this freelancer and I have to warn you all that he is a SCAM!!! This freelancer has taken up a project, convinced me that he can deliver, even with 5 days delay, he hadn't delivered a single thing, MADE EXCUSES, DIDN'T WORK but WORSE OF ALL TRIED TO GET PAID 75% of the ESCROW money for NOTHING done! Beware and if you ever award him a project, never escrow your money! Made up excuses to get paid for nothing, acused me of scam when he couldn't deliver and lodged a dispute when I requested a cancellation for non communication for over 3 days TWICE, if anyone wants proof of this, just contact me. I do not wish any EMPLOYER or BUYER on GAF to have the same experience with this guy and this is why I feel responsible to warn you! Be careful, I would recommend to avoid this supplier!
