Principle Duties & Responsibilities: 1)Prepares and submits a full set of Management Accounts, Costing and Consolidate Reports within the Region before the deadline set by the Management. 2)Prepares Cash flow Forecast to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the fund arrangement. 3)Monitors all expenditures through cash and bank transactions 4)Analyses and controls expenditure and ensure all are good faith and cost effective. Monitor the trend to ensure expenditures are within the budget/forecast and highlights any irregularities to Management. 5)Monitors all salaries and wages computation within the region and reviews the computation method/system periodically to ensure accuracy and compliance local law. 6)Monitors inventory control and its related monthly reports for accuracy. 7)Liaises with bankers and external auditor. 8)Liaises with the local tax authority for efficient tax management. 9)Safeguards fixed assets and stocks by implementation of an effective and control system. 10)Manages the whole accounting system to ensure practice being applied is in accordance with the Group Policies and Procedures. 11)Implements and enhances the internal control within the department. 12)Staff Development. 13)Other adhoc assignment. Payroll Related: 1)Prepare of production report encoding against individual worker production card 2)Prepare of Overtime report encoding 3)Counting and distribution of money per section for individual packing 4)Bank coordination for payroll fund 5)Supervision of payroll distribution 6)Preparation and printing of payroll sheets and pay slips and summary for other section 7)Preparation of office staff payroll 8)Preparation and printing of payroll adjustments Cash/Bank Related: 1)Preparation of payment request/voucher for check disbursement, conversion USD into BDT and fund transfers 2)Encoding of all vouchers (PCF/Check) 3)Verification of all payment request and petty cash vouchers to be submitted to senior Accountant For 2nd verification Audit related: 1)Assist in preparation of schedules/requirement or coordination with external auditors 2)Assist in yearly physical inventory count.
