Designed and developed a SaaS application for Property Management companies and HOA's. This consisted of a full accounting package and a CRM system. There were modules for completing work orders and sending letters. Automation was a key focus of the project as was reporting. I created a web service that performed a "mail merge" using a template created in Word and would email or print the letters based on the contacts preferences.
