The Display Unit (DU) is a LCD display which conveys state of a systems status for an operator to monitor the system’s operation and make adjustments as required. It accepts data Bytes in ASCI Hexadecimal format from a system host computer using an Ethernet input and constructs messages for the LCD display by converting the hex information into characters as defined by a set of Lookup Tables. Character generation,
Display RAM addressing, Cursor Scrolling, Blanking and Highlighting are all included.
Character tables can be changed over the Ethernet input by the host computer using PSPC. Image intensity is controlled by varying the PWM driver backlight duty cycle with the DU MCU output set by the input data.

LED RF circuit- the leds need to be driven at 4.5 volts and 5050 type - RGB
Send RF off command to all Leds and devices.
The BT IC need to be stereo -left CHannel to the Speaker, right to pad connector or the 2nd PCB to connect.
Light Switch/Buton - need track to Pad to connect 2nd PCB.
the Button will be to turn of or reset the LEDS
Sequence will be press Light Button.
Button On power - powers on Both PCB, Sends Power to Connector for extra PCB.

- CM4 connector
- Mini PCI-E socket with SIM card holder
- 2 x Power input (~10 to ~ 30 Volt). State of both connected to GPIO pins as signal (so reduced to some ~2 Volts)
- 2 x I2C exposed
- Battery charging controller. The main power reduced to 5 V, then connected through the battery charging controller back to the board.
- MicroSD card socket.
- SPI exposed
- Few (~5) additional GPIO pins exposed.

The schematic below is from the receiver (light fitting end). Actually there are 7 LED drivers inside the light fitting to control Red, Green Blue and 4 White channels of the light. Each LED driver circuit is bypassed with the same circuit shown below, so we have 7 drivers all in parallel from Vin. When installed in the venue, there will be 4 light fittings on the line, so 5 devices communicating, and 28 LED drivers.

Khalid had a very solid understanding of the project and came up with the schematic quickly. With just a few tweaks resulting from the dialog between us, he completed the project in substantially less time than allotted. We have several projects in front of us, and I'm happy to have connected with Khalid.
