During my legal studies at ICFAI Law School, the ICFAI University Dehradun, I discovered a passion for corporate laws. However, digging deeper into the stream made me realize the vastness of the field. Thus came my choice of M&A PE/VC, Company structuring, and Asset Securitisation. In furtherance of my interest, I pursued a 5-month long internship at a rapidly growing law firm and handled multiple assignments from all three of their offices- Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Delhi. I was trusted with making presentations regarding various queries put up by the clients and the partners. Furthermore, I have experience working as the in-house counsel of an IT firm, where I have learned a lot about technology and law. I have co-ordinated multiple projects and have worked on various other transactions.
