former call center agent and Vocalist

I'm a graduate of bachelor of science in hotel and restaurant management . I have worked twice in QUALFON, a call center company as a CSR. ( from 2011 to 2013) And in 2015, i worked in Teletech, another call center company. (2014 - 2015) I was also a former vocalist of an acoustic band here in our city (from 2015 to 2017). The songs that i usually sing are RNB, Pop and soul . I am good at improvising/modifying a particular composition since i know how to play guitar. And lastly, I have been working as an online english teacher since 2015 up to the present. I am a professional teacher with the 120 hour tesol certificate. I was also trained to be a kids teacher for about 2 years.

I was assigned in the United health group team. And our main job was to answer/cater calls from dentists/dentist's assistants that are calling for their patient's information. Usually about their patients check-ups.
