Wordpress Plug in needs to be repaired

Lalit worked long hours and hard. He stayed in constant communication with me and understood what I was asking for. However, this project involved a very troublesome plug and he was not able to resolve. Even with the next web developer, while he has improved the situation, the plug in is not working as efficiently as originally, even after a few days of hard work. I would hesitate to hire Lalit or very many other people for a very complicated plug in. But I credit him for effort and for not giving up. He only stopped when I said I would like to stop.
