the developer took too long time to handle the task and by the end he delivered a very messy code and none of my requirements were made , and while I was discussing the issues with him, he asked me to remove the copy of code and dont use it and he will cancel the job , I already didnt use it as it is full of issues and bugs, later he requested the payment and requested to get paid for something he never done ,, and he claimed that my project which I already have since the beginning is his code.
