Being a call center agent for only 2 months, i can say that t's not easy. Although others who aren't experiencing this kind of job says it's easy but for us agents it's not. in here, you will be taking calls where you can hear frustrations, anger, and everything. you may also have a customer who's deaf or disabled. all you can have for yourself not to fight with the customer is PATIENCE. patience is everything. whenever talking to a customer we need to build rapport so that they wouldn't hang up on us or get angry. some people would say Call center agents aren't smart! who said that?! if we're not smart, how can we help other people with their problems? there's no script for us. we have to talk for ourselves. i love being a call center agent. for all those aspiring to be a call center agent, wish you luck and enjoy what you are doing.
