Janus Youth

May 2006 - Present

I am on-call to work Monday through Friday any given day of the week. The students are unable to continue at their present schools and Lent's offers many another chance at success. Many in attendance have been diagnosed with ADD as well as ODD. I feel as though my presence there has been welcomed and praised.

My duties at HM/GH include direct supervision and crisis intervention for displaced youth. While I have been a member of the team I have been in immediate care of male and female clients ages 9-17, while helping them transition to safer and more stable environments. One-on-one counseling is a part of the service that I have been providing as well.
