I have developed a VB.NET system that checks users’ directories on the NT file server against the Active Directory to list disabled users. I have also developed a VB.NET system that connects into the ADSM system log and updates a SQL 7.0 Database with reporting information on the backup statistics and times. These statistics are published on the IIS server for business line review
Developed a VB.NET system that show Active directory information for any NT id entered and will then show group memberships. When a group is selected from the list the program will then display all users within the group.
Developed Web based Access Request system for Group membership that utilized a signed VB 6 ActiveX control that connected into a SQL 7 Database.
Developed Web based system that utilized a signed VB 6 ActiveX control for printer addition and drive mapping additions to workstations utilizing ActiveX controls, reducing employee workload by 2 hours each week per employee.
Designed and implemented Rightfax NT Fax server system used in 4 different geographic locations to reduce total number of fax machines and faxing costs by $30,000 per year
DBO support for MS SQL 7 Servers. During the past year I have been able to consolidate 12 MS SQL 6.5 into 2 MS SQL 7.0 servers. Assisted the developers with database conversions. I worked with the developers and implemented integrated user security for these databases and reduced maintenance work for user accounts in the SQL Servers.
