Dear Sir or Madam, I am an experienced academic who is looking for a change in career. I recently got my PhD. degree in physical chemistry and I’m in the middle of my separation from Yildiz Technical University where I have been working as a research assistant for the past six years. I first became interested in English language at a very early age. I learned English in prep class of Eyüboğlu Middle School and graduated from Eyüboğlu High School. Eyüboğlu High School is known as a popular educational institution in İstanbul. Although I do not have a degree on English language or translation etc, I have had plenty experience translating English written papers, proofreading and writing scientific papers myself. Furthermore, I have scored 85.0 points out of a possible 100 in the local “Foreign Language Proficiency Exam” I would be grateful if you would consider me for the position and I would love the opportunity for a further interview.
