Last time I heard from her was before I awarded the project. After that its nothing. Then when I sent several messages, after deadline passed, I got one message from her point saying I cant work, hire other. So let me ask you, do you need to face same thing with your project? If yes, then surely you can go ahead and hire her and can face this complicated problem. But if not, then I would not advise you to hire her. It’s a waste of time.
