Im SQL DBA, trying to find some extra job, and focus on learning from experience to develop good programming solutions and designing database solutions. I'm already certified MCTS and MCITP on database administration, I'm experienced on global companies like IBM implementing high availability environments and currently working in a more demanding company where I can work with DB tuning as well as taking advantage of the already learned skills. I've taken the challenge to do at least 2 certifications a year to keep on growing.
