Our standard business process: · The Client provides us necessary information on the required project. · The Client selects us as a winner and we accept the project. · We receive a 25% payment as an advance before starting the project. We will provide the Client 2-3 layouts. The Client will choose one with their comments and inputs, and we will start the final work. · After completion of 50% work, we will take 50% of the remaining payment. · We will complete rest of the work and give The Client the final delivery until they are 100% satisfied. Before the final delivery we will take the remaining payment. · Delivery time of project will be mutually agreed upon prior to commencement of project. · We will provide one-month support/guarantee on our delivered projects. Any changes or additional work after the warranty period would be charged at our standard rate of $10/hr.
